Fact remains: You can clip an audio signal in digital or analog domain.
I agree with that.
edit: but i don’t if you mean that you can clip the digital signal itself, the digital clipping has to do always with the space (bit) and the information you want to write not the clipping of the wave used for the transmission of the information.
