Bad Guy Good Audio 4/4 (The Final Chapter)

I’ve never seen ONS.
I know what it means but I had to think about it for a second

My favorite one was Jaws actually. Didn’t expect the sleazy Mayor to get booted in the back of the head.

Didn’t Leslie Nielsen make a Titanic spoof where it doesn’t sink? Seem to vaguely remember that.

Speaking of Parody

in particular, the video was shot in the same Culver City, California sound stage as Nirvana’s video, several of the cheerleaders and audience members were from the original video, and Tony De La Rosa reprises his role as the janitor.[10][11] Levey said that they were able to recreate much of the same setting with help of the producers of the original Nirvana video once they were aware that the song had Cobain’s blessing.[3] Levey had a brief conversation with Samuel Bayer, the original director of “Smells Like Teen Spirit” in preparation for the video shoot. Although Levey noted that “he was certainly going along with it”, he felt that Bayer was “the least enthused” because “he was a true artíste”.[3]

The video includes actor Dick Van Patten in a guest role. Van Patten, being one of the few celebrities that could be reached through immediate contacts, was a last-minute addition by Yankovic.[3][12] According to Yankovic, Van Patten became “kind of [their] good luck charm”, and he would appear in a few of Yankovic’s future videos.[13] Professional skateboarder Tony Hawk also appears as one of the many extras as a result of the Birdhouse Skateboards team providing “skater/punks” for the video, although Yankovic was not aware of this until a 2009 Twitter post by Hawk.[3][14] Schwartz attempted to recreate Grohl’s wild headbanging during filming, leaving him with a stiff neck several days afterward.[3]

Weird Al had some so so songs but also some absolute bangers, especially later on (White and Nerdy, All about the Pentiums among them IMO).

Good ol weird Al Yankovic, quite popular for all these videos and skits and all the parody stuff he was involved in back in the day
Btw atm starts the Artemis lunar fly by and coverage has started. Finally after 50 years we are making history in this domain. Excited to witness this milestone and ones to come!

Well Damn, fellas. The Questyle M15i showed up today. I’m starting out at standard gain. Without even thinkin I just grabbed up the Mega5EST, connected up to the S26 and… This is wild! I had hopes that the sound would be good, but DAMN. This is really, really good. I only have the volume at 50% and it’s plenty. The clarity and resolution are absolutely amazing. Great stage, even good bass. This thing completely exceeded expectations! I now have a legit portable solution. :+1:

Jack
There are flush 2 pin cables
The shroud over the 2pin creates more length and increases leverage and DOES NOT decrease shearing forces

Oh look someone did it right

The point of a recessed 2-pin connector is to distribute the strain on connector to the shell, if the shroud holding the 2-pins aren’t sitting in the recessed pocket, there’s absolutely no point in having it. not sure if they are weatherproof tho. I like Blon/QDC connectors cos of that, the shroud protects from rain/dust/sweat and helps in strain relief on the connectors as well.

been hearing QKz and Kz connectors breaking tho. or rather crumbling away

I think all brains :brain: see the oddity

If you know engineering and build things with “loads” in mind you know exactly what the problem is. I build things like 40ft Christmas trees on 25ft roofs getting winter storms and wind. Where something might snap and where it might fall is important

These dudes selling 3-10k earphones with cables not specifically designed for them are lazy snakes :snake:.
The folks who make excuses for them are worse. They don’t even profit off the unprofessional stuff. They just like giving digital head to people

It’s not like the EE and Volk ones are expensive right  If this were a different forum, there’d probably be Jack stans popping up to defend the choice.

Edit: or the guy himself using a burner account.
