650 USD wireless HPs and they tell you NOTHING about the driver besides it being 30mm…

Also, doesnt this imply its using DSP completely for the tuning? Are we gonna see something like this?

in a 650 USD headphone???

Absolute shit. Only thing decent are the numbers. Fake V8? Are you kidding me? I want AMG V8 biturbo monster singing to me not this … Even better if it is naturally aspirated high rev not turbo. Will never be pro performance EV cars. EV is good just for getting around the city in some matchbox size car. That’s about it. Dunno why are they keeping with this because EV only brought them big loss in the last 5 years. VW, BMW and Audi had to drop workers because they fucked themselves with going all pro EV. Now all of them are going backwards and cutting a lot from EV and back go good old combustion engine.

“Sony says the 1000X use newly designed unidirectional 30mm carbon fiber drivers, plus the company’s “most advanced” version of its DSEE sound processing and new V3 integrated processor. The sound is a little clearer in the lower midrange, and there’s some sparkle at the high end that’s missing in the XM6.The opening vocals on The Black Crowes’ “Sometimes Salvation” can sound slightly muffled on the XM6, but on the 1000X the voice cuts through the texture of the guitars well. When Marc Ford comes in with his soulful solo on the right side of the soundstage, the distorted guitar sings with great presence. This sound difference between the 1000X and XM6 is pretty minor, though. Both headphones sound great.”

So it has a separated sub sorta shelf in the bass and more air than XM6?

Good old Sony: BIGGER IS BETTER!!! PUT THAT 70mm DD IN IT! Oh and 16mm DD in iems.

Modern Sony: Size aint everything, lets use the smallest possible driver in it.

You want a V8, I think the best option at least a 2-door version that’s of recent launch would be the GR GT.

No money for V8 soon with building house, kid and everything. But tbh I would get any decent hot hatchback over that monstrosity of EV. Something like the upcoming Corolla GR, Focus ST, Audi RS3 or cheap variant to mod up my Swift and do bonkers stuff with it because it’s already really fun drive with the weight and power ratio.

So they told a review site (that not everyone will check) but dont bother having it on their own page?

These 2 have that info as well.

i would like to think the dome, center area is carbon fiber, i wonder what the surround portion is made of, considering they went smaller drivers, if they went rubber or silicone, it could save the Bass performance.

I don’t think any car would ever beat 918 performance, It’s been well over a decade?
Not even one close to it while being NA.
if any comes in the future, it would have to have something revolutionary.

Modern emission regulations are the problem, now they all cut back to achieve this bs. So nobody wants to do NA development. Smaller engines with turbine to achieve power needed with lesser emissions is everyone target. That is why lets say those shitshow Stelantis group has 3 cylinder turbo motor with 1000cc or 1200cc in cars ranging from some small city car like Fiat 500 or Opel Corsa to small SUVs like peugeot 2008 or Jeep Avenger which has around 1300kgs of weight. They are pushing 100-130hp from that 3 cylinders. That is just crazy and that engine won’t have longevity. My Swift is the last good one bought in 2020 with 95hp and around 950kgs with 4 cylindars, mild hybrid with 1200cc. Newest one has 3 cylinders with 1000cc and 80hp and now it is over 1000kgs because of the all new gadgets inside. I test drove since the guys at Suzuki are my friends, absolute shit of an engine.

I haven’t gone through my IEMs in a long time, so I grabbed ‘em and gave them an accounting for. Shit, I couldn’t even remember what I actually had! One of the sets I forgot about and am currently using is the Binary Acoustics/Gizaudio Chopin. @hawaiibadboy This was a rec you made based off a conversation we had nearly 2 years ago. You spoke well of it, so I snagged a set. Glad I did, too! I forgot just how nice this set is. The fit is phenomenal. I have those velvet tips on and a GUCraftsman Silver/Graphene mix 4.4 cable on. This combo sounds very sweet paired with the SU-8/SH9 chain. They may be old, but they can still bring it. Got a good one on while the rain comes down

Great listen. I am starting to get this urge to maybe get a new set, but I don’t know what to get. A single DD is intriguing, but I am not sure. There is so much out there it’s hard to choose.

That’s a much better set than the Dunu DaVinci

HBB Kailua (Fit)
DaVinci.
( syrup mid bass and grainy upper mids)
Crin collab
( looked like a toilet :toilet: idr name)
Zeos
Idr the name but it was garbage

All the above should have stayed in the idea phase and never proceeded
