That is the toughest version to fit. I bought Customs because the fit of JP version was great and it had the something special even more it seemed so it chalked it up to fit and chose customs.

Yeah, tuning is not much dif. I went customs just because I finally felt it was a worthy endeavor and now am going to go custom with my faves…besides the IER Z1R cuz…that ain’t happenin 
Ya i feel like mest are my endgame. they do everything well and i could see a scenario where i sell everything else use them for my desk main as well

It really is a different experience and I wonder if comparing CIEM and UIEM is even fair. Don’t know if “fair” is best term but the EJ and MEST fit and sound superb.

If that monster is better than the ex1000 then I may consider dropping some cash, but even still if a good used 1k could be had that doesnt look like crap I may grab that instead… Opinions?
