They sure do John…I always think…do I really sound like that
But the way other people perceive your voice is different from your own perception…I presume that speech perception begins with the spectral analysis of the waveform that is a feature of early auditory processing…I stole that…since you live with your voice and and desire for it to sound a certain way…it’s tonal accuracy is right to you through not only your cochlea but the reverberations through your skull
But voices are subjective just like anything else and what you might find pleasing will not be pleasing to someone else
I personally like Christopher Walken’s voice but my wife can’t stand it
