I can cook up a storm with Italian food including Pizza but I have no stone oven and the other dishes have been on pause because of Kai.
When he can eat what we eat…Daddy will cook again, for now it’s all Japanese homemade kids dishes and Mommy and Daddy eat whatever…like that disaster.

Have you seen those ads for the portable stone pizza oven going about…cooks in 60secs…blah blah etc…no idea if they’re any good, seem neat. Maybe somebody has bought one?

Also, maybe tell me to shove it but have you ever considered making a mailbox? The channel’s certainly seen slow and steady growth over the years and reading the comments on your videos this week it has enthusiastic engagement. The type old youtube used to have, I’m sure many have stuck around for years. As we see Kai growing up now and music as the north star, I’m sure some would show their appreciation by sending things for family/music things, whatever. Just an idea :+1: Have a good one, think my dinner plans have been set now with all these pictures everyone is posting. Hmm maybe :potato: + :beans:

Kinda different…Horseradish is creamier where as English Mustard’s drier, both should kick like Wasabi though :+1:

I’m a horseradish and mustard addict…Sriracha…Sambal… Gochujang…chili oil…pretty much anything that kicks like a mule

I have the multifuel Ooni (so charcoal, wood & gas). They are really good!!! Definate recommendation - even from the AVPN (and they are super snobby / how I learned to make pizza with an accreditation) - gets you to 85-90% of a proper wood burning Neapolitan style pizza oven.

Roccbox being the only real competitor (it’s a little cheaper than Ooni when taking the overall package and skimps on a couple materials (they trying to upsell their premium line under Grosney) but to be fair it’s probably a better deal overall as you find them on discount more)
