The Yume 2ā¦I clicked on buy the moment it was available and I said it on different occasions, this is an epic creation by SeeAudio. Best set of 2022 in my humble subjective opinion. Paul Wasabi said it all.
Now let me give you collaboration suggestion for free. Iād do something like this if I had the Chifi business connections.
Take the low range biocellulose DD from the Penon Serial, the Knowles RAD high frequency BA from the Yume 2 and the best Sonion mid range BA you can find and slap them into comfy shell and ā Profit.
Instead of the Sonion mid range BA maybe take a planar driver for mids.
Excited to see what 2023 has up itās sleeve.

Ucotech ES-P1, Cypherus Audio Black Edition Custom Retune, Simphonio Dragon 3, and Yincrow RW-3000 in no particular order are probably my favorites that arenāt a one off DIY that arenāt for sale so Iāll put together a trial with these when I get home this afternoon. Sound good? I might also include the Fiio FF3s just to see how their unique presentation compares to the Prestige. Should be fun!

Today is a good day! Got a shipping notice on my Khans and then the Minis showed up.
On my second song with the Minis and all I can say is Thank you for the req @hawaiibadboy Iāve liked everything youāve reqād and the collabs of yours I have. These Maestro Miniās thoughā¦Oooofā¦so good!
Bonus they fit my ears better than any of the half-dozen-plus IEMs I have so far and that goes a long wayā¦I wish my SA6 Ultras fit like this (love them but they donāt seat deep enough for my liking, so fiddly)

Congratulations, brother! Thatās a big W for you - I couldnāt be happier.
Do me a favor, I donāt have a āBass-Headā rec per say, but take a listen to some songs by the Parcels for me. Their music is so well mastered and engineered. The basslines and drum kicks are snappy and clean and Iād love to get your take on them with the minis.
