When you removed everything below 300hzâŚit sounds like a dead stringâŚIâm sure you know what a dead string isâŚ
because the string has not vibrated to itâs full extension and those low peaks come only at full extension

Not only does it look like this on paper..
if you look at slow motion vid of a string strummed..it looks the same
and the amplitude changes depending on how hard itâs strummed

What a good morning, Truly nice to put names to faces. Coffee an edible and @hawaiibadboy video got me thinking.
How much of the music we listen to has out of tune instruments. @Toecutter talking about dead strings Thunk Thunk Thunk. I am a sucker for strings damn it. I do enjoy a good rattle.
