I couldn’t give you a decibel rating, but windows & application volumes are max and currently (without EQing) I can’t put the fulla past 12o’clock. And yeah, I am honestly unimpressed with the fulla, (but I am just a sucker for volume dials that are on top -_-)
Hmmm, you would have to look for a used jds labs element or element II if you wanted a top volume quality amp lol. Or get something like the fiio k5 pro with volume on the front

I am also a sucker for top volume knobs. I have the EL amp 1st Gen and a micca origen g2 for that reason. EL amp is great, origen g2 gets a bad rap in my opinion. I see people say it measures poorly occasionally amongst other negative thjngs but I honestly think it sounds pretty good for the price and the form factor is lovely.

I’m not a fan of the origain either, it’s alright but not my favorite. Works just fine for not really power hungry headphones at least
My vote for the Nighthawk Carbon. They tone down the treble just enough to be pleasing, especially with the suede pads. They are my favorite headphones and I highly recommend them.

They actually isolate decently well, but do leak a fair bit

My vote is in the 58x while.not dark is super smooth or the nighthawk carbons which are dark

Could you describe their sound slightly more in depth? Like I see multiple times it’s been said that they present sound very differently. What exactly is meant by that?

A simple way to explain it is that it recreates a room inside of the headphones and offers something like a speaker like presentation, and it has very nice imaging and the soundstage is pretty interesting. The signature also adds to this strangeness, harder to explain tbh lol. Just a very unique headphone overall
