I just tested it out with a switch. It actually sounds surprisingly good though not the HP’s full potential of course. Volume needs to be around 80%, but its still very clean. I don’t have the other’s to test with. One thing to note. while the stock wire is very flexible, its very long for this use case.

At typically on-sale at the same price, I would prefer xDuoo MT-602, which I also own.
If you do get the Loxjie P20, keep in mind that you will want to purchase a ‘balanced’ cable to run your Sundara out of the balanced XLR output of the amp.

Whats a good amp to pair with the HE6 SE V2?
You want something with some power. My perfect pairing is with the iFi Pro iCAN.
The Monoprice Liquid Platinum also gets it good and loud.
It really is a tough call as we all hear differently and they really are Very amp picky.

I didn’t think it was anything special with the Jot2. Singxer is a much better pairing to my ears.

tis true…I’ve seen it said many times that the Asgard 3 really devalued the Jot2 as the SE performance of the A3 is as good as the J2 balanced.
the only value proposition the J2 has is it will put sound to headphones and speakers simultaneously, so if you want to feel the bass, this would be perfect!
There is value in the Jot2 in that the SE and BAL outs do sound fairly different, as @WaveTheory mentioned in his review, and I’ll second.

I love these darn headphones. I’ll never forget the first time I tried some on in 2005 at a small headphone meetup. It took me nearly 15 years later to grab some from Drop and I’m so giddy about them!
