DAC and AMP pairing for Triangle Borea BR03

Long time no see friends

I’m recommending BR03s for a friend, instead of a soundbar, and I’m looking for a DAC and AMP for him. Trying to keep a tight budget, possibly in the max 500€(500-600$) range. I have been looking at some Topping amps and DACs, but I’m not sure that’s the right call. Any recs will be much appreciated, thanks in advance.

First take a look at the ASR measurements on them, might help you decide.

The way I do it is look in their database, sort speakers by recommended, then narrow it down on price. There’s better speakers in that price range. If you get active powered ones, they could go on a balanced headphone amp for a lot less.
