It is mentioned in JBL’s manual that you can connect Unbalanced TRS. So called consumer gear.

True. On the cheaper ones. HighEnd one’s usually just have Balanced XLR or digital.
Network connection might be the way in future.

One the JBL case any one well do: “XLR INPUT – Connect professional equipment to this connector using a balanced XLR plug. 10. 6MM (¼”) INPUT – Connect professional equipment to this connector using a 6mm (¼") balanced plug.
Connect consumer equipment to this connector using a 6mm (¼") unbalanced plug."

Concorde can go both ways, what ever DAC he selects.

Thanks all. I went with a Topping DX3 Pro V2 and RCA>>TS 1/4". It arrives soon.

It sounds very good and has a great volume level. Best volume is with 305p input sensitivity on -10 dBv.
