All dacs involved have a simple external power supply without a ground connection?

Nothing yet, I havenât been able to focus much lately. India is in a state of crisis right now and some of my friends and family members have taken a hit. So itâs been difficult to keep track of things. Iâll update you as soon as I am able to get more information

I had the same gear, but with the stock cable, ive fried 3 of my Ifi DACSâŚ
This just happened to me in the last couple of days (or something very similar). Not on a Sundara though, with a pair of KPH40s. Itâs only happening in the left channel though, so damaged one of the op amps I guess.
