That was my experience (and what I was hoping for when I gave Kennerton a chance) too. Very customer service oriented.
I’m excited to hear what you think of them, both the sound and the looks. What wood/model did you end up going with? If you picked the Maple with the suede cups, I’m very jealous.
I hope you love them (you’ll get used to the headband), let me know what you think when you get them. 
i got the bubinga with black leather pads and headband cant wait to hear them i will let you know my thoughts when i get them
