With my sabaj a4 speaker amp connected to my TV through optic cable, it has a static sound on YouTube videos. My optic cable is 25 feet, is that too long?

Depending on cable, sending / receiving devices, maximun being 33feet / 10m for reliable transmission without the use of a signal booster or a repeater.
You think I should try 15 foot one? The cable is new, and it sounded like that from the beginning.

Yes, could try the 15 ft. Pretty easy to test and try is there a difference.
