Just found out the other day that a friend of mine, more of a professional counterpart really, is a huge Tool fan like me. He stopped by my office for 5 minutes to discuss a project we’re working on and as he was leaving saw my little Tool sticker (the only sticker) on my office door. He did a double take, asked if that was really mine, and sat back down.

He stayed another hour and we talked about Tool, Pink Floyd, headphones, speakers, amps and so on. We’ve known each other for about 10 years now and never knew we were both audiophiles.

Just picked this up on vinyl. Unfortunately the mandolinist passed away last year (not Covid). If this peaks anyone’s interest, I suggest checking out their Mountain Tracks series for live recordings.
