The 2 main systems are fiinally up and running and appear to have made the trip to Texas just fine. As such, I am enjoying Mozart’s Symphony 41.

The Horizon Closed Carbon/DA-9 combo is back, Baby! Very enjoyable indeed.

Rockin out on a Saturday night. No wait… TUESADAY night! I’m still getting used to no 0430 anymore. But it’s a sacrifice I am more than willing to make! Currently enjoying this one because why not! Great group, I appreciate their work.

Enjoy the evening, all. :smiling_face_with_sunglasses: :musical_notes:

From the collection. The 2021 re-mix

I swear, this desktop system has been completely re-born with the addition of the Sony Sub. I had to completely re-do my EQ profiles, but it now has the power and the rumble that I knew it had in it. And this is deep in your chest power, with zero distortion and no loss in detail retrieval, timbre or stage. Absolutely fantastic.

I’ve spent a large part of the day listening to albums or tracks to really showcase the recently purchased Meze 109 Pro headphones.

Most of today’s listening was with the following chain.

Mac Studio M4 → Cambridge Audio DacMagic 200M via USB → Schiit Lokius → Schiit Saga 2 → Meze 109 Pro via 1/4” adapter and Hart Audio cable.

I made adjustments to the filters on the DAC (fast, slow, or short delay) and then made adjustments with the EQ on the Lokius to make each track or album shine it’s best.

I was not disappointed on any of them.

AO RA fed by AMP17 - There just might be something to these GaN FETs after all. The control over the bass is crazy good
