Nite, nite…
Nite, nite…
Maybe it’s just a product of where I live now, but I will tell ya what; this man can sing. Real country made by a real cowboy. Cody was a Bull Rider. Massive respect!
Excellent recording quality. How about this…Cody met Post Malone sneaking a ciggy and now they’re going hunting together. Awesome!
Conversely, Post Malone’s ‘F-1 Trillion’ sounds absolutely terrible. Thick bloated bass, messy mid and lacking treble. Terrible mastering/mix…
Lookup Colter Wall if you haven’t already…special voice.
I know of Post Malone. I have seen/heard a little bit of his stuff. For me, initially I’m like “meh”. He got really popular, but I haven’t really followed. I will spin up “F-1 Trillion” and check it out. You have me curious about the production now!
I have a lot to learn about this genre. Kath loves Country, so the motivation to improve my knowledge/appreciation is there.
Can’t say I’m a fan of Posty’s music. Now if the production quality is stellar, I can enjoy just about anything but combine bad PQ with meh music…life is too short
Leeds finest !!!- CUD
to Iceland’s finest!!
Under headphones for a night listening session. It’s been a while. Getting back to my roots! It’s Pink Floyd and “The Wall”.
Haven’t heard this one in quite a while. Enjoy the evening, all.

Some of the newest Zeppelin remasters have a little too much treble for me. Those john paul jones basslines don’t get the attention they deserve. This is the version I had on cd growing up, and probably why I prefer it.
The Rover with the Ziigaat/HBB Jupiter sounds about as good as it gets for my ears
Want to fall far down the rabbit hole on that album?

The blind test files are long gone but those that participated gave impressions of the 3 masters.
I use Symfonium for local music discovery. My library began in the early days of CDs and I’ve forgotten many albums and tracks over the years.
Using the ‘decades’ play queue function I un-earthed this from the 1990s. Kinda post-punk James Bond movie-soundtrack-ish. Good album with at least six ‘outstanding’ songs (1, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 11).
cool, thank you!
