But if your looking for bass we are looking at the wrong driver type honestly

While if you like the bass qualiftity of the 4xx then the sundara is grey for you but if you want more an amp won’t really fix that all to much an amp is still an amp and a sound signature is still mainly based on the headphones themselves

For sound signature yes it’s pretty subtle, but giving more power and a higher quality amp will improve the headphones overall. But for the most part an amp isn’t going to radically transform a headphone

Are the Edition XX really worth an extra $100 over the Sundaras? And would you personally knowing what I wan’t out of them pick the spark or magni to pair with them. I already decided on getting the E30.

For what you are after yes imo.
Most likely the magni 3+ because you would have more headroom

M0N I am really sorry to keep pitching idea’s but what if I got the FiiO K5 Pro instead of the Magni 3+ and E30? It has the same DAC chip as the E30 and still more power than the Spark(Less than the Magni 3+ though).

The only reason I bring up The FiiO K5 is because it has the power and is a Combo unit, because the E30 and Magni 3+ don’t really match eachother, also I can hange the Fiio K5 like I hang my K3 and still have the same amount of wires. I will put a picture if I can. I am willing to go down in a little bit of quality for convenience. If you can find a better DAC/AMP for $200 I would also consider it. But after looking at my desk I don’t even think I have enough room for a DAC and AMP that’s not a combo. If the sound on the K5 would be noticeably worse than the E30 and the Magni 3+ I can make it work.
I wish we could get a comparison of these dac’s.The Sanskrit is 20$ cheaper.
You could do this, but you would be taking a drop in both dac and amplifier quality imo

I can’t afford the element. My biggest question is can the k5 power the sundaras and the XX and how much quality will I loose with it compared to the E30 and magni?
The k5 pro would be able to power the sundara and edition xx to decent quality imo. Not exactly sure how I would accurately portray how much quality you would gain from going up to the magni 3+ and e30, but I would say that it is enough of a sound quality upgrade to be a worthwhile purchase to me. It adds more control, more impact, a bit better sense of space, and tends to be an overall improvement imo over the k5 pro
Before I buy it. Does it have that warm sound like the spark and magni that will compliment the sundaras and XX?
It would sit inbetween like an atom and a liquid spark, with a slightly warm leaning sound but not overly smoothing things out. It would have more impact than both too imo

No the magni 3+ would have the most bass impact, as in speed and slam per se, the k5 pro would have more impact than the atom but less than the spark and the 3+. The 3+ and spark would have the most bass
Well if it will give me more than the K3 I think I will go with the K5 to save space on my desk. Honestly if I get the K5 I will probably keep it for 5 years. The magni and the E30 just take up to much room and will have too many wires. So I guess unless I get a bigger desk it will be Sundaras or XX + FiiO K5 Pro. Also M0N, how have you tried so much audio equipment, like have you bought all of it or work at am audio store or something? Just curious, you would be a great friend to have IRL to go to test out all of these combos 
My entire family is into this stuff, so I was exposed at an early age and have always been interested. I either try stuff at dealers, shows or friends houses, and then buy it if I like it (if you are curious to see what I have at the moment check my profile). I also do commercial/business mastering on the side so some of the stuff is for “work” lol.

I saw you have avia but no XX or sundaras but you recommend both over the Avia. Your taste in music is also most likely different than mine though.
That is correct. I had an edition x v2 for awhile, sold it for the arya, and then sold that after other purchases. Having heard the sundara many times, it def is my preference here. I have the avia but don’t really use them often, and have been thinking of selling them but haven’t gotten around to it
