I have a hard time finding fixed-voltage linear 12v power supplies outside of hifi. 13.8V is quite common (probably because of the HAM radio enthusiasts).

Sorry to revive a dead horse but i just grabbed a loxjie p20 renewed on amazon for 80 bucks but they sent it with a 5v power supply and i was wondering why it wasnt working! I found a 12v 1.5a which is working for now and the amp is surprisingly decent but i ordered the gonine 12v 2.5a with the multi plug and a couple different tube types.
