Yeah it’s on my radar. It’s just simply overkill for what I need, still like you said it’s a really clean slate look at subs. This one should do well in the market. If I go for the Emotiva it will be a musical chairs kind of thing. Use the Emotiva for my HT and move the existing Orb Audio SW there over to office. I’m not itching for anything, maybe wait for an open box deal or hell, Thanksgiving is around the corner.

Depending in what way you want the down low? As in SPL or hit those low notes. Maybe both?
But If you have quality Dynaudio monitors, i might not select lower tier sub with them.
it would make a big boom between the 50-90 range (i’m actually impressed by that 105db loudness though) but to my taste that’s just wayy to high for sub. Also it dies around 33hz so no low notes and the FR drop is pretty bad along the way. No clean curve.
Still pretty impressive budget boomer.
