Yo Adrian. Ya found Z Reviews last month as I was looking for info on headphones and was surprised to learn of the Head Fi tech available at budget prices. Joined Z’s Patreon couple days ago, because just because. Ended up getting my 1st DAC Amp the FX 6 few weeks ago plus I bought the Mono Retros, and the HD599se. And have started listening to and enjoying my 500gig library of music again. Though, I wonder now if I’ll have to go get the CDs out of storage and re-RIP them into FLACs. Yikes. I cant believe the sounds I’ve been missing all these years relying on Cell phone and mobo sound. Having fun learning more about this.

This may become my second obsession. But will never be as expensive as the other. I am an amatuer Astrophotographer and that is a money pit. An absolute addictive, relentlessly difficult, 2nd mortgage your house hobby. So I hope/believe I can control myself. And actually I enjoy the bargain hunt aspect so far. I mean who knew a 30$ pair of headphones with simply upgraded pads could sound like that? Certainly not me. Thanks for the quick replies, proves this is a healthy forum.
