Nevermind, I’m stupid. Now that I’m looking at pre-amps, they’re freaking everywhere. This brings the issue of: does it matter which one?
I mean not really, it’s not a resolving enough system to matter imo. As long as the reviews are good just go for something that’s not too pricey

Most everything else has me questioning things, especially the added cost of having to buy 1/4" to RCA adapters… Or the $30 options like FX Audio Tube-01 brings up issues with the tubes and just… too much fucking headache.
