It seems that it has problems with the usb, now I have it connected by USB to the motherboard and the optical output and I have been listening to music, playing and even using the scout mode and that annoying sound has not reappeared.
The issue of crashes is clearly due to the software, because when the sound was turned off, the software stopped responding correctly or directly froze.
Maybe I will continue using the G6 if everything goes well when I get the K712, at least until I can get an upgrade in the equipment, thank you very much for the recommendations.
