After walking the yards a few times, I have concluded that trying to mow this by hand is not going to work. I had this in the budget but didn’t want to spend it! LOL But it has to be, so I got this little baby
This is just the right size for the property. It arrives tomorrow. I’m looking forward to this! You know, it’s nice to be outside doin stuff. I just take my time, man. There is no rush - for anything anymore. I’m still adjusting… 
Still no audio purchases as far as components, headphones/IEMs, going on 6 months now. Priorities. Dammit.

30 years ago (at least) I received a very old Sears riding mower that was just worn out. I scavenged around and found various parts, completely tore down the mower and rebuilt all. Dis a crazy paintjob on it and made sure all was working. I then bolted a lunchbox cooler on the front of it so I could put a 6 pack in it and ice. Grabbed some old Sony headphones and a Walkman and used it for several years. It mad mowing much more enjoyable for sure!

These fit over a lot of IEMs and block a shocking amount of noise (I use them for shooting all the time). They have super deep cups. Just tossing that out there for anyone that may or may not be mowing a lot in the near future and needs to rock out while doing it lol.

DDHifi finally made a 4.4-4.4 right-angle adaptor that really works nicely. Solid build as usual for them.

I do most of my listening at my desk. May not be entirely necessary, we’ll see. I’ve tried a few Ifi products and they’ve done next to nothing. I keep hearing good things about about the synapse though.

I told my self I was going to start my CD collection today and I did. Me and the little man went to a super tiny record store in Boston and found some absolute G E M S.
Wasn’t too shocked about the AC/DC or Zeppelin hardware, but the Stardust one took me by surprise. All great prices too. Under $20 for these 3. What more can I ask for?

Not a bad idea to research all the various versions of CDs so you can choose the best mastering. See Discogs.com Almost always the first pressing is the best. Remasters almost always simply push the loudness wars at the expense of dynamic range.

Yup, thank you for that link. Finding the best masters, especially for Zeppelins work, is super important to me. The masters that Apple Music has suck so bad. The dynamics have been suffocated right out.

I got this one from a friend for a 2nd and in mint condition for $135. I must say, it’s really been a good day for I am able to finally get a better source compared to the previous Muse Hifi M4 that I used to own and I have sold recently. This one is just absolute bonkers and my freaking god the damn details and sound performance for me has been mind blowing, it’s like my Pilgrims are already that good but with the M5 Ultras? They have become great.
Never thought a better source would be a game changer as well.

Congrats! The M5 seems to be a killer little source to take around. Definitely has a more portable size compared to the M6 for sure.

Bought the Intel I3 12100
..or not.
Got the Intel 300 instead and it was clearly not new with how dirty and damaged the packaging is…
Will return and hope they send me the actual cpu…
Never happened before to me so hopefully amazon actually honors what is on their page even though it seems this happened to others as well…

Hopefully a simple mistake with NOS and not a scam, but I have to imagine that they have different SKUs as well as internal stock numbers for whomever is selling them…Amazon should honor the return, but if the CPU came from a 3rd party seller, if they don’t make it right the second time I would just make sure you use another seller next time.
