Jetman

Hvac tech with a side of Geek! . Love music and computers. Gotta have good sound. . A total music nut but when I am not then I am working in order to afford to be a music nut!

Started off with a Smsl SU8 and a Magni3 with some edifier speakers, With advice From M0N and others I stepped up to the Schiit BF2 and Asgard 3 eventually adding in a Monoprice Liquid Platinum. This has evolved into A Roon Nucleus feeding a Denafrips Iris DDC then to my Denafrips Pontus 2 and XLR out into a Switch Witch and out to my Bryston BHA-1, Quicksilver Tube amp and a Feliks Echo Tube amp. Headphone wise I started with the Drop 58X and went nuts from there. 3 sets of ZMFs, 3 sets of Focal’s, One Audeze LCD2-PF, A Kennerton Gjallarhorn, a DCA Ether 2 and Aeon 2, Hifiman Edition X V2, Sennheiser 650s, Audioquest Nighthawks and of course the Koss Ksc 75s, Kph 30i, and Portapro’s. Time to think about thinning the herd a bit though. Very happy in my journey so far. I have met many people on here who have been more than gracious with their time and effort into helping me along the way.

Second system also liquid cooled core i7 and 32 gigs of ram connected to triple 32 inch curved samsung’s. It is a full cockpit for racing and soundwise I have a set of Adam T5Vs and a JBL subwoofer all connected to a Schiit Bifrost 2 and a Asgard 3
Third system is a passive cooled corei5 with 16gigs ram and a 27inch screen. On that one is my SMSL SU8 and Magni 3+ and Loki. All these allow me to move between and swap headphones on any given day and not lose too much soundwise. Still learning the ins and outs of all this but enjoying the hell out of it. More to come I am sure!
