This is the official thread for the 7HZ Eternal
This thread is for discussion and reviews.
- Type: In Ear
- Amp needed: No but better with
- Driver Type: Single DD
I have a feeling this will either be really good or really meh.
Prediction!
PROS:
Great texture.
Bass depth.
Great macro capability.
Effortless dynamism.
Spacious stage.
CONS:
Middling techs.
Too large note size.
Image contouring non-existent.
Microdetail.
Blunted transients.
It just screams form over function to me. It does look good though.
Props for the retro glass coffee table faceplate tho…interested to hear reviews
I like the looks guess i have to
…
those look stunning! Any initial thoughts or too early?
All I got is that they are very neutral/balanced, not like timeless. He said not for treble or bassheads (which fits me)
Dang, that’s real pretty!
that is really the most beautiful set I have seen and one of the best looking item in general.
Initially I wanted to complain that this acrylic glass would get scratches quickly, but it turns out it is allegedly sapphire glass as in good watches!
With what filters will you reduce 5k this time ? Otherwise they look very good.
Yeah im pissed about that 5k
top prediction its gonna be bad like that last one
yea idk how they would get one driver that big to do the whole range perfectly. also the breakup for the driver has got to be much lower freq than most IEMs , maybe thats why it rolls of so heavy after 12k, its like putting a 24 DB filter on a crossover how fast it drops.
