A Dac/Amp stronger than Topping MX3 for Micca RB42?

Currently using a Topping MX3 to power the 2 Micca RB42. It gets the job done and sounds great but I can’t max out the volume sometimes and the MX3 would just shut itself off. The only reason I can think of is it doesn’t have enough power. What would be a good replacement for it with stronger output per channel?

Price range around $100 - $250.

Here are a few different options that should power the rb42 no problem

That is because the sensitivity of the speakers are rated at only 83db for the speakers to sound loud you need atleast 50 watt or more pr channel

Not just 30-40 watt on paper but real watt

I have been eyeing up the SMSL A8 as something to try. I think I will end up waiting to find a discrete amp using the ICEpower 125ASX2 that I don’t have to build myself.

Alright thanks, I’ll look for something like that then.

Forgot to mention Im looking for something like an all in one solution with a headphone output as well for my HD58X. Price range around $100 - $250

I don’t know too much about receiver instead of desktop amp but I don’t have the problem with the size. I’ll look into them.
