A good (few) of test tracks for IEMs

I’m just wondering, what are some good pieces of music I can use to gauge the highs, mids, and lows+sound stage.

The interstellar soundtrack Hans Zimmer Mountains and Explosions in the Sky Wilderness for dynamics.

I like classical music that I am familiar with like Zigeunerweisen, Op. 20 for the sound of highs and balance.

I listen to a lot of music tracks for both male and female vocals for mid range sound. Some of my go would be Dusty Springfield Windmills of My Mind, Maria Callas Oh Mio Babbino Caro, Pentatonix Perfect, Marvin Gaye What’s Going On, and pretty much any track which features vocals.

Bass would be stuff like Underworld Cowgirl, Carpenter Brut Invasion AD, Gesaffelstein Opr, or even songs by Deadmau5.

Some people have very specific tracks, but me personally will just fire up playlists of songs I like and see what impressions things leave on me. Things like imaging and soundstage come out of listening to a lot of different things for me as I am not certain I can trust my ears for one song only when evaluating new gear.

It is important for seal testing on your ears because of the traveling bass.
