Advice about getting open back headphone

Hi, Im looking to get an open back headphone for the simple reason that I really wanna
try an open back headphone once, Im looking to get something that will be pure fun when listening to music nothing more, So far Im thinking of going with the beyerdynamic DT 880 Edition 600 Ohm, The massdrop sennheiser hd 6xx or the HD560S because it seems they are recommended for being good for the price
I dont have a balanced amp but I might get one in the future (currently have el amp 2)
also not looking to go above 250$ again just looking for something simple and good
Any advice would be great,Thanks

DT 880 600 ohm to me is a good representation of a open back nice open wide sounding with good separation and nice imaging I take it over a 650 any day I still haven’t tried a 560 though. Other alternatives to look at is a he 400i /4xx and I think the deva might be in your price range as well. And I’ve seen some noise with the pheonix

For a puristic open back feeling, without the need for an AMP:

Otherwise, I personally recommend the HD560S, as it is relatively easy to drive and without large additional investments, a simple DAC / AMP is sufficient.

For Example:

FIIO Q3
iFi Hip DAC
etc.

I think about getting either 880 600ohm or the 6xx both seem to be the favorites
I have the ndh20 currently and I wonder which will sound more different from it because I dont want
anything similiar in the sense that its closed and flat

An another advice if you are going to try open-back headphones, and this advice seems to be already given to many users like me, is that in order to experience the whole goodness of your open-back set, is to make sure you are in a place or in a room where noise is virtually not there, because it is going to be that unpleasant when there is outside noise everywhere and it can ruin your vibe, removing the purpose of having open-back headphones, for instead you need closed-backs in order to counter those noises.

An another one is to expect different sounds, on what I mean by that is that, don’t expect the same sound-feel that you have loved about your closed-backs for I think as far as I am concern, the feel that I got from open-backs are different like in terms of having lesser bass, but have that more natural sound from it. Don’t get me wrong there are closed-backs that are natural sounding as well but, I think that type of sound is much more difficult to achieve since usually closed-backs when their sound signature are not being tuned well can sound like you are listening to a set of seashells with sounds coming out.
