I own a pair of T5Vs and they are solid. It would be hard not to recommend them. I do think they lack a bit of that hard earth shaking thump that a sub would provide tho.
Yeah, I plan on adding the Adam T10s to the setup in a few months. I can’t help the feeling the Solo was the wrong thing to buy between the PC and the TV5s though, should I have gone for a DAC or preamp instead? What I was looking for was something with volume control, balanced outs for each channel and a headphone out. The Solo was the only thing that fit all that but it’s for recording, and I will be doing very little if any of that!
Well the Solo is cheap option imo.
Something more premium branded or hifi are quickly 2 to 3 times the price or more.
