there isn’t a usb dongle that comes to mind that will properly power a dt 990. While the headphone itself works just fine for siege and is a great performer it has extreme treble which can be an issue for people and requires quite a lot of power… it sounds at its best at 600 ohms with 250 ohms being the alternative and lower ohms than that honestly don’t sound that great. The low ohm alternative of 990 and not as bright is the tygr 300r which is 32 ohms but still a bit power picky…
Not to mention there isn’t many units that will work on the new xbox’s… only three that come to mind that are well powered are schiit hel 2, maybe schiit fulla not sure on that but that ones weaker than hel and struggles on 250 ohms, jds atom stack, and soundblaster g6
