CoolerMaster MH751 all the way if you can still get it.
Stop worrying and just grab it before it goes out of stock considering it’s EOL.

My online shopping site still has quite a number of stocks. And why do you say it’s EOL?
Both are a bit over my budget here…
Do you think the MH752 with the USB to soundcard is worth it for extra 14 dollars? Cause my source is kinda old as I have mentioned above
Because it is, it has been replaced my the Cooler Master MH630 (650, 670). (none of which I recommend)
They no longer make MH751/2.
As for whether the sound card is worth it…yeah probably if you have an old or budget motherboard.
I have the mh752, I think the soundcard pretty convenient mostly for adjusting the volume of the sound and the mic, plus that you have a very long wire which can be handy.
One thing though, the cable is not that great, mine suffered from microphonics. What I did was buying a short, very cheap 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable with a very slim housing to replace the cable between the soundcard and the headphone. That cost me €5-€10 I believe and works very well.
There’s nothing different between the MH751 and MH752 because both are pretty much the same except the one has a USB DAC while the other one doesn’t. I mean if I want to save up money, I would go for the 751 otherwise if I want one with the USB DAC, MH752. Also don’t worry about it or think too much, sometimes you just have to feel something first.
Oh okk! Thank you guys very very much for the replies
I’m sure I have made up my mind
Just throwing another option in…
So I’ve previously owned M40X and M50X, I didn’t like either particularly and ended up getting the Yamaha HPH-MT5W after watching Zeos video.
I did find it quite uncomfortable to begin with, the stock pads are just OK but couldn’t listen for long periods but the sound from these are amazing, much better than both M40/M50X, IMHO.
I have recently purchased the ZMF suede and for me they take the sound on these headphones to an even higher level. Comfort is also much better and no longer an issue even for long periods. Soundwise everything sounds so precise and crisp particularly in the treble, bass is warm and neutral and mids are very slight forward. Soundstage is much wider than stock pads.
I would definitely recommend these headphones, they are around the same price as the M40X, with ZMF pads you are looking for an extra $60 but they are worth the investment because with this setup they punch well above their weight. If you are not sure then watch the Zeos video for these headphones!
