I’m still in search of a new amp for my speakers. I will upgrade to LS50 in a few weeks (the old model) and might also get a new amp, because my 200€ onkyo 9110 probably ain’t gonna power the LS50 to near their maximum potential.
I first wanted to get a nice used intergrated amp like Yamaha S1100 or Denon pma 1600ne but I just found out that Audio GD has a new 2020 version of their precision 3 power amp for 500€ which might be a good deal for what you get.
I would use my headphone amp’s preout for volume control then.
Any thoughts on the Audio GD or the old model?
Is it acutally a good amp or should I stick to well regrarded intergrated amps from those well known audio brands?
