Cool as an all in one kit, but that is damn expensive though, much more than just buying the resistors one by one iirc.

We bought our daughter a Kawai piano. It was a fantastic piano. She also had a portable 88 key keyboard for while she was at university. Those were all sold when she inherited my fatherâs Baby Grand Clavinova. Listening to her play is one of my greatest joys.
She also sings and plays the flute. Every child should be taught how to play at least one instrument. Our youngest boy plays clarinet and saxophone, but our eldest plays nothing.

Pulled out the Mega5est today for a session. I still love this set, especially when paired with the SH-9. I have a lot of fun with them. I also tried a new EQ profile based on the Squiglink fr chart, and I think I hit on something good! I am putting this new setup to the test with this new to me selection. This is Cosmic Cathedral and âDeep Water.â
So far, Iâm lovin it! I love discovering new bands and music.

HA! I didnât know anything about this band, so I looked them up.
As soon as I saw Neal Morse, I said âWell of course Iâm diggin this!â Itâs weird how I always seem to gravitate to him and his work.

I thought it was just the shell, but the whole damn box was Z1R inspired as well 
Hope it sounds decently comparable. iirc they mentioned it was a Beryllium driver, not plated/coated.

Unfortunately the similarities end at the presentation stage which is so clearly inspired it is a bit of âbitingâ in my opinion
Itâs closer to 600 in Japan vs the 450 in the USA
The Letshuoer DX 1 is better and I didnât love that

Man i am gonna buy myself a piano or keyboard. I always wanted to play and instrument but never got supported by my parents
I would die with happiness if my son could play and enjoy the music.
My nice plays guitar singa and is learning piano now and itâs amazing to watch

I go digital tbh, they dont go out of tune (or whatever its called) so no need to either hire someone to help you tune it back or do it yourself and risk damaging itâŚJust get one of those digital ones that FEEL like a piano with weight and all that. Better long term use i believe.
Although I dunno if keyboards have other issues that may come with long term usage, i only have a piano at home.

Iâm no technician or expert, but I have to imagine that only things that happen to a Keyboard over time are general electronics issues (which at this point is probably down to QC and parts quality) and maybe springs going out in keys eventually? Serviceability is probably either simple DIY or requires outright replacement from an economic standpoint, but the frequency is probably outside of the instrumentsâ expected lifetime, possibly even individual ownership. Especially if it stays mostly in a fixed position and isnât taken on tour, traveled with, etc.

I play guitar mostly so im gonna rec that. Really any instrument is a lifetime of enjoyment. The word lacks good bass players.. and drummers! haha
