He learned that unlike the pool, he can’t swim with out eye protection. Salt water burns. He knows that now
I couldn’t get the watch to activate the workout under water which is weird so missed a whole circuit and a half around the island
Post swim arteries clogging fest
19 miles and a few sprints.
I knocked 6 seconds off my previous PB of 36.04, down to 29.52. I shaved a second or two off 3 other sprints on the course. So all in all, not a bad day at the office!
