Before mods/adjust I think the Moonlight is a better set

People who like Moonlight stock…I can totally understand. My only ding was I wanted a tad more mid bass.
I have never heard a KL in a resin shell so i honestly cannot even give an opinion on that.
I know several have switched to resin KL and i understand that move

will there be an HBB planar any time soon?
I have my tribrid set (monarch Mkii) but im a planar junkie now.
Will never get a Stax in iem form but planar will get me damned close.
My unfiltered Timeless is a joy but missing that Monarch sub-base; the S12 is a tad too forward in the mids.
Have the Dioko on order but an HBB tuned planar would be sweet.

Nobody cared about what I was saying.

I have OG Tea, Olina, S12, Mele, and Timeless. I am pretty content, but have been thinking about something new, and we have about 75% overlap on our libraries. Olina and Tea are getting most of listening time during the last two months.
From your rankings other options in that price bracket that I don’t own are the Hook-X, Oxygen, and Hana 2021. I don’t really need another planar, and the Oxygen seems redundant with Olina. I suppose Hekili is there, but I just think it is too much bass for me.
That is fantastic to hear.
They have been quietly putting out some very good IEMs.

@hawaiibadboy I know it slid under the radar but what were your thoughts on the KBear Aurora? The FR seems like nearly my exact preference, ans while you opened it, you never made a video for it.

@paulwasabii did a YouTube video on it, and basically said it was basically a higher quality version of the BL-03 for $170. When I looked on Amazon, they are down to $130. He make a comparison to Mele, and says that the Mele is a better value, but the Aurora is strictly better and faster.

I saw that, and a couple other reviews, after I EQ’d my T3+ and really enjoyed it for some thick, thick sound. So I’m hunting more opinions, because that could be a cheap option to go with for a while

T3+ is a good IEM for the $
It is right at the upper bound of my ear size, so I can only wear it for a limited time.
