Really enjoying these. I was kind of kicking myself for not getting something from Thieaudio insteadā¦but these are growing on me more and more each day. They just sound so musical compared to the Variations which is more clinical in the mids and bass focused.

Iām a fan of good DD iems I love the Acoustune HS1670SS and the Olina and the FiiO Fd5
Looking to get something thatās got good dynamic bass smooth slightly forward mids and sparkling treble
My options are
Kinda lava black version

We need more info. Sub-bass focused? Balanced? Mid over Sub?

Zen Pro > Zen (I know it costs more but still. I rec ZP and not Zen)
IE600 doesnāt have forward mids, itās a (mild) V-shape

Iām not really technical with the description on sound so from what Iāve picked up a like a W/ balanced sound signature warm with sparkle with natural timbre

Iād rec the KL is they had stuck to the script. I think a lot of gear is coming out in next 4-8 weeks prior to 11/11.
If that fire in your pocket can be temporarily doused you may have a few more options

the support for the store you got them from would probably be willing to send a new cable
