Hi.
If you have a moment, I’d left you a message. Was wondering about your post regarding the Sony IER-Z1R cable (🔶 Sony IER-Z1R - #50 by hawaiibadboy): was this the original cable you had posted that came with your IEMs?
I have a similar cable without the country of origin printed on the splitter that I bought off ebay and wanted to confirm if it is genuine.
Better off checking the box/serial number, mine was bought off of Amazon UK and had China on the cable, the set is still my go to and 100% legit…
Thanks for the response. My IEM was genuine but had an issue with the 4.4mm balanced cable because of which I bought one off ebay. My understanding is that the cables don’t have a serial #, and mine didn’t have a country on the cable just like hawaiibadboy’s cable.
I wanted to know whether hawaiibadboy bought his cable separately from somewhere or it’s the genuine one with the IEM. Specifically, the one he posted about here -
Bought mine in Japan from e-earphone. The cable in the pic is the original cable
e-earphone The audio-nerd’s Disney Land. Spent a combined 6hrs there last time I was in Tokyo
Just Googled it. Can imagine you can easily spend six hours there.

I will already say up front that this is the most powerful bass in open headphones.
The name makes sense for this!
Brooooo, giving Philphones a run for the money?
I’m in!
Has a deeper bass than the philphone.
The sub-bass blasts your eardrums.
You don’t say…
Sarcasm)
The effect is as if the ear is vibrating inside the ear cushions)
You had me at vibrating
Monday, let’s go!
Away with work half the week but all the hotels have gyms so I should have a good run this week
@hawaiibadboy I found a KZ AM16 chart on your site, is it Balanced or Bass?
Is that peak at 8k very sharp?
