@hawaiibadboy Hi, I am just joining as I am trying to navigate my way through the IEM/audio world. Not really into iems as I have an issue with the pressure build up, but those 64audio Solos looked super cool! I wish I could have donated to charity for them, as I need something more portable to listen to music to while I am studying abroad in Japan. Iā€™ve got a grumpy older man thatā€™s turning 13 and has arthritis in both of his hips. Iā€™m all for supporting especially when theyā€™re working with senior dogs. Hits right close to home.

They are absolutely not. Itā€™s a ghost town, or ghosting town rather. All their channels.

Iā€™ve been trying to cancel due to personal unexpected circumstances just a day after I placed an order in October, at the time not knowing whatā€™s going on with them.

Itā€™s been almost four weeks with no response whatsoever. Even HBB was very kind to reach out to them about my case, but nothing.
And today, just now, I receive an email that itā€™s been shippedā€¦
Which means that itā€™s probably gonna be in limbo for another month or so, judging by othersā€™ experience. And then Iā€™ll have to endure the cost of customs charges and the return shipment. Not to mention the time and frustration. And the fact that they may not even accept a return or just continue to ghost me past all the imaginable timelines.

Thatā€™s exactly why I was trying to reach out as quickly as possible, to save everybody the headaches, just eat whatever they charge for cancelation and be done with it, using the money where I suddenly needed it far more.

But four fking weeks of zero communication. Despite them seemingly reading some mail as reviewers got very quick response about replacement of broken or missing things.

So they maybe knew I faced troubles and just shipped it regardless? Adding insult to injury?

Iā€™m baffled, frustrated, and simply sad.
I have no intention of ever opening that box.
Iā€™ve never been treated the way these good people treated me, even by bad people.

Damn that sounds rough, I get your frustration, and Iā€™m really sorry youā€™ve had such a tough experience with them. Itā€™s always difficult when youā€™re trying to get help but feel ignored. If you havenā€™t already, maybe try reaching out through any Fatfreq social media channels they have (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)ā€”sometimes those get quicker responses than email. Another option might be to check any contact info you can find on their website or even try different methods like their customer support form. I hope you get it sorted soon.

Iā€™m sorry this went so bad.
Jaytiss is a reviewer and he got served fast. If thatā€™s related itā€™s very uncool.
I think that was random which is no better and itā€™s not on Jay.
Just shows how off this all is.
I heard from a person that the total sets involved may be a lot higher than stated. I have never gotten a breakdown (as is standard) of the breakdown of sales (which shop sold how many) . Iā€™m just supposed to go off of trust. I think the numbers are well north of what has been stated (8-10k). I think that is related.
Iā€™m sorry again that this went as sideways as it did.

According to FFā€™s policyā€¦."Cancellations can only be processed before shipmentā€ So a copy of your email with itā€™s date should be enough for you to get your refund seeing as it took them almost 4 months to ship their first orders, yours must of been their fucking quickest order to dispatch turn around of all :man_shrugging:

Oh yes, Iā€™m well aware, and itā€™s one of the reasons I contacted them quickly.
And of all orders indeedā€¦
I was hoping that theyā€™d be understanding of the situation so we could work something out. And I never bombarded them with messages, was always polite and understanding that they may be overwhelmed. Just pinged them once in 5 to 7 days.
It is honestly infuriating. I thought that theyā€™d at least check mail about the order before shipping it. My details might have changed or god knows what elseā€¦ Absolutely anything that calls for a contact, as per their policy, as per any reasonable interaction between a customer and a business.
Just now I even messaged them on Instagram, but itā€™s the same fking thing again. Thereā€™s no way itā€™s an automatic response.

I hate to ask, but Iā€™ve tried everything else at this point. Could someone please kindly send them a message to get them see my case. The order number is #12620. Jayā€™s Audio (@VIVIDICI_111), Jaytiss (@Jaytiss), MakeItWain (@SemperMalum) or anyone else, who had more luck getting a response from them. I would be very grateful.

Luckily I havent had to go through this, I can only imagine your frustration.
