Actually there is definitely more we can do. They have a physical store i just gave them a bad review. As far as I’m concerned, this has been by far one of the worst customer experience with zero communication.

This is hard to fathom as the Deuce and Scarlett are their biggest sellers and both caused a lot of stress.
I don’t think they have a review system built into the website iirc?? It is just a static image of perfect scores

That does not reflect a company whose 2 biggest sellers have angered a great number of their customers.

The happiest and angriest folks are most likely to give feedback.

Also left a review just now. Even made a small collage of those ignored messages. Shows up already, but the total is still 548 just like before, oddly…
They impress me with each passing day, it takes a special kind of disrespect to keep this silent this far into it.

In a not shocking turn, that dude who was trashing Deuce and said he sold it on ebay was…completely full of shit. I think HifiGo is a disgusting operation. I have always thought that.

I love the Doscinco, and just ordered the Arcadia. I keep seeing the graphs and it looks really good, plus the price point on that is crazy good ( the Amazon Prime discount was 20% ).
Ziigaat put out some really well tuned sets this year, between Doscinco, Cincotres, Estrella, plus some other collabs.
Also I don’t get trashing Deuce, that is a really solid set, and it does the thing it was designed to do very well. I spent most of the evening watching condensed games on NFL+, with the TV muted and the Deuce in my ears enjoying some music.
I agree, and find it sad that they own Aful, since they are one of my top 5 brands currently. The Explorer and MagicOne were both great value sets.

They have no factory but wanted the prestige of having a house brand so made an exclusive contract with aful.
The trolling and trashing is a sell point they offer companies.
It’s called controlling narrative/ guiding narrative.
I find the folks that engage with her and her money and DM soliciting to be disgusting folks too.
