To get a rough sense of the tuning, try EQing one of your existing sets to the Punch! You can export the autoeq profiles from squig.link and load them into e.g. wavelet or poweramp on an andoid device

For example, here I was using the Qudelix app. 
autoEQ is a rough tool, just to get a general sense of the tuning, stuff above 8k is pretty much useless to try to match here.

Yes, I just put a random name and email in their chat when prompted, and then asked them to help me choose an IEM. And voila, responded quickly.
But still zero response to any of my genuine emails or chats or IG or Facebook messages.
And also stopped responding in the new customer chat as soon as I brought up the ghosting stuff.
And that tracking I got when they seemingly shipped it, adding insult to injury while Iām fruitlessly trying to figure out any cancelation optionsā¦ Yeah, itās still not working. I got it on November 8th (a month ago!!!).
Like, even fkn scammers have more courtesy than FatFreq lol.
Itās otherworldly disrespectful and frustrating.
