Update on my Deuce-saga,
Package is still lost at or after customs and has not moved since nov 8th.
After contacting every possible avenue i finally got a reply from Ben on nov 22nd and he told me they’d file a case with PostNL and if the package is truely lost they’d expedit a new unit via fedex, but to give them a week.
On Dec 4 Ellie responded to one of my older emails saying they’d file a case with Singpost (?) and would ‘‘try’’ to file a case with PostNL too.
On Dec 6 I asked Ben for an update but so far no reply.
Sadly i have no way of checking with PostNL if they actually did file a case , i just see the package still stuck as usual.
I’m hoping for a little christmas miracle but at this point my excitement for the hobby is pretty much gone.
