It is about 12k SGD, so around 9000 USD. But there were also ordered some filters for GM , i donât remember how much were ordered and how much were delivered, I think most if them also werenât delivered, so ot us about 10k USD.

Head Fi and Jude should have contacted you privately to vett your claims.
If they simply keep deleting your claim without follow up they are harming the community.

No, I think it is around 10, maybe closer to 11k because I also prepaid the shipping which have never happened. Totally I ordered 7 GM, 7 SE, 5 Mini and about 5-6 filters for GM. I got just 3 GM (4, but one was broken), 4 SE and 2 or 3 mini and maybe 2-3 filters. I had to return money to some customers who prepaid GM earphones.

Imho, this should definitely go public, as absolutely every other option has been exhausted at this point. There is no excuse for this behavior from FatFreq whatsoever, in any dimension.
And being a smaller business, located so far away in a different country, any legal action is out of the question Iâd imagine.
And HBB is absolutely right, Head-Fi should have contacted Dmitriy after removing the thread, to try and see whatâs going on, and potentially help addressing this less publicly if thatâs what they want.
This should absolutely be highlighted publicly. Dmitriy decided to share all this as the last resort after giving them so many chances to rectify this. Same with us, Deuce customers.
Sincerely hope that the word about this spreads and it gets resolved that way.

I dunno, I doubt itâs because they donât care but Iâd imagine youâre not wrong that they have to take the more measured business approach and vet everything.
They were on the Headphones.com side when the dCs drama happened and let the flood gates happen on that one. But it was like⌠A brewing storm to get all the facts in line before they did.
Iâm hoping that HBB is right in that they reached out to vet (which should be easy as seeing all these screenshots). I think the damage has long been done, honestly, but this could be the final nail in the coffin for this heel turn.

I did finally get my Deuce today. Removed cable like I was performing surgery on an ant. Had to wrap my shirt around the left side and pull hard, checking every time I felt it move to make sure it was still 100% straight. I spent about ten minutes doing that. Stock cable is very nice looking, but microphonics were ridiculously bad. Sounded like a hacksaw grinding across my desk in my ears every time Iâd lean forward/back.
As others have said, they sound great. Not much to be said there, and I wish thatâs where it ended. Of course, if youâre reading this youâve followed along with my saga and others in regards to the Deuce, and yet more now with other, similar dealings with this company.
Deuce is good. Check classifieds and eBay if youâre interested. FatFreq doesnât deserve another dime, for this set or any other. I give the experience a 1/10. Would be 0/10 if the IEM itself wasnât amazing. Donât buy from FatFreq direct, but Iâm going to say donât buy from them ANYWHERE that generates an additional sale for them, including other dealers. Again, see if you can find an unopened or gently used set on the market, or just get something else.
For HBB collabs, my two cents, Punch via Linsoul is the way to go.

@hawaiibadboy Sooo, Iâve been listening to Arcadia all day, From Led Zeppelin to Linkin Park, from 2pac to Eminem, Nothing I mean nothing sounds bad in this set. I only have 2 sets that do this consistently EJ07 & TEA2.
Like seriously CCR, Eagles, Polyphia, Audioslave, David Bowie everything I play sounds dope AF. The DD, bass is something else in Arcadia. Literally a

Indeed was like that in my case, yes. Here though, this particular chat, is just continued ghosting of Dmitriy, since theyâre talking in the same chat. Ben just didnât feel like talking any further beyond hi it seems.
And no, I havenât got the set, nor any word from them still. 55 days. And tracking still doesnât work over a month later.
Chargeback is under processing, I hope it goes through at some point.
Glad that you got some closure finally. Although itâs fair to say that youâd prefer the chargeback at this point I feel.
Hopefully youâll give us a pleasure of some brief comparison with the Punch from your perspective, would be delightful to dive back into whatâs this hobby is about, music. Please consider this! Appreciate you.
