IMO, these hps with an iem sized driver seems to be a meme to me. As the iem sized driver wont be audible at all with the bigger driver playing behind/next to it. Kinda like the meme with those KZ drivers that didnt do a thing when you unsoldered them and there was no change in the fr.
(I have built a hp myself with iem sized drivers with them.)
Yeah, I get what you mean. If the larger driver is doing the heavy lifting, the IEM-sized one probably isn’t contributing much. Still, I guess implementation is everything, but it does seem more like a gimmick than a real benefit in most cases. Cool that you’ve actually built one yourself, though!
In my implementation I added a resistor only for the HP DD to indirectly make the iem drivers more audible, I still dont think it did much tbh and would just be better to focus on implementing that single hp sized driver better imo. This seems like a good marketing method though…
Problem in my case is that it also demanded a shit ton of power, so not very portable but this is how I would have built a bass shaker BC iem that actually shakes without knowing how zempire does it but still a ton more legit than the chifi ones that doesnt do a thing…
here is an earbud I built using this method btw lol.
Sounds good. Tuning wise it looks like Omega Omega will probably be more up my alley.
OTH, this is kinda EJ07ish in it’s replay which is a great long listen big stage set
Yeah…My granddaughter Sophia, calls me Papa…it’s game over. We did Disney a few times over the years, and she would always want to do the rides with Papa…hell yeah!
We would get to the entrance to the park she would grab my hand and off we go skipping in…absolutely perfect.
Yeah “daddy” is not like “Papa” and he knows it…it’s the precursor to a request or just an "I love you "
Little man melts my heart
He is 2 years 2 months and can recite on visual the 8 planets and the dwarf planets. I’m just proud as can be. I know when I was 5 I could name the planets but not 2 unless it was a song.
Hoping the fam is happy, healthy and prospering
Kinda blow my mind.
$17 is about the cost of a fullfilling McDonalds lunch here in Japan.
They got lucky?
Idc, win for the majority of hobby who cannot drop 200 to 2000 bucks on IEM
Good burgers are uncommon in Japan unless you live in a big city.
They add sugar to : Beef (Sukiyaki) most meats in general (Terriyaki ish)
Add Sugar to Marinara so instead of the bite of Vinegar you get sweet like a kids meak spaghetti
Has a sweet terriyaki flavor. (Above) Tastes like shit IMO.
Lotta local burger joints do a variation of this and have maybe 1 authentic western type burger with a salt/garlic/Texas spice like taste.
Love Japanese food.
Burgers?
Nooo
