I feel you breathin down my back…i know you are there.
So i trained in a storm with a hot suit.
That suit works…was toasty warm and my clothes were soaked with sweat . it gets the rec.
Training for Summer is going good.
This is when it gets really fun. This is just a slog right now

Received Arcadia from “Treble Well Xtended”
Plugged it into a few things ( RT5000 & Dita Navigator ), it sounded pretty muted at the presence region. The chain that worked best is the “Moondrop Dawn Pro + JDS ATOM 2”.
I was pretty disappointed with Deuce, but this Cute little thing, the HBB flavour is there without taking away anything to crave for. ThieAudio upper-treble flavour is there, which is a good thing at this price point, with the given tonality.

A guy on reddit av exchange makes them by hand. All different colors and designs. Here is one of his posts. He did custom colors for me and didn’t charge until I got to see. Communicates well, and works fast.

Great stands, little costly but you pay for a piece of art. Got one and have ordered another, boring person so I go for less vibrant design

I am a strong believer in collective energy , and maybe it applies here, because after I posted my trouble with the 3.5 connecter some of you responded, and well, Yeo reached out ( after what I would call ghosting me) and said it seemed correct that they should send out another connector. They did… Fed Ex priority… so that was another 20 dollars in doc fees …but…the set is now finally healthy whole, complete

Just zero tolerance on the fast carbs here … : sugar, anything with white flour, NO processed junk … Equally relevant: timing and keeping a very close eye on insulin 24/7; some proteins trigger it, OK for some restricted time windows but I try my best to keep insulin levels as low as possible after 7pm. Works great for me, YMMV.
