He did about as good as I can
Had a monster 2 1/2 hours workout and can clearly see the calories burned is a very inaccurate metric. I was wearing a hot suit and was soaked with sweat I burned 2k easy. Still love the app

Just getting started in the play room. He knows the planets Sun to Neptune and in reverse in Japanese and English. He knows the dwarf planets too but he’s naming them as a group not in the order within Solar System…yet

My dude, this shit keeps me pushing.
I ended up going out on Saturday, inadvertently got drunk and am still feeling the effects two days later. Started today at 0400 hrs. Drove two and a half hours to my head office. Looonng ass day but I still ground out a session when I got to my hotel.
Physio and cardio.
And I’ll be up back in when this gym opens first thing, starting the day off right

Seriously! It’s keeping me motivated as well.
I’ve been doing the caloric deficit, keto & intermittent fasting thing for 2.5 weeks now and I feel noticeably better. I also assume I’m down about 4-6 pounds. I need to buy a scale to check… but, yeah, these fitness posts are seriously helping.
