I didn’t have any good experience with Keto, I got scared of the Keto Fever & oily foods makes me mad.
Intermittent fasting helped a lot, better sleep quality, gut health everything just got bumped up few notches.
Although my priority is sleep quality more than anything else now a days rather than improving my fat percentage / muscle mass.

Keto doesn’t work for me either, I need my (slow) carbs (whole grain, legumes, veggies) or I get MAD. Period.
I’ve done intermittent fasting (mainly 18/6) for ages but take occasional one-month breaks only to get back on track for the experience and the extra dose of autophagy.

I read that the watch is sensitive with boxing but this is first time it got triggered.
Oh well 
No training for me today. I did a charity sleep out for homeless veterans last night. Just a bivi, sleeping bag and a mat. It was -2 °C and frosted up my bag; it was a nice clear evening though. Late start, early rise, no gym to train in and another long ass day before I go back home. I think I’m gonna have to take the L today.
Taking care of homeless vets can’t be an “L”.

@hawaiibadboy not sure if you have seen this but…
I dunno if its covering a chip that generates heat but if it does the wood will just act as an insulator and not a heat sink like you would want it to…makes me wonder if they skimped out on a metal heat sink…
Hopefully it’s not over a component, for the reason you gave… maybe it creates a soft but firm prop for the large flat surface to take some pressure to make sure it doesn’t crack from being flexed inward in the center?
