Bad Guy Good Audio Reviews (A Million views?) Part 3/4

At this point, I wouldn’t be surprised to learn they actually do consider that as a bonafide gift to you :no_mouth:

You’re probably receiving a prototype of their baseball cap pre-order perk!

Just came across this one on Elise Audio’s site:

So euro 8100 gets you two branded drivers these days… And it sold out :face_holding_back_tears:

EDITED: I’m moving on

I’ve decided to never ever buy an FF set again, not even from a third party retailer. They don’t deserve the (or at leat my) money as far as I’m concerned.

Made by same guy who kept claiming he was going to send my set again and again. And totally skipped picking up @VIVIDICI_111 set then said it was out of warranty ……because he never picked it up. I wouldn’t pay that guy shit for anything. I reached out to Crin to ask what was up with him and my set was sent the next day

Don’t review it. Don’t give them the satisfaction. Not even an unbox vid. Not even a passing mention in other vids.
Dust in the wind, that’s all they are.

Honestly yeah agree. There should be some concrete form of pushback for their scummy behavior, denying coverage is one way to go.

maybe a vid of unwrapping it then dropping it in the trash where that company belongs?

Spent bigger part of the day listening CP622b today. It’s been almost a year with them and they keep bringing me joy every time :ok_hand:

Edit- how could I leave y’all without some eyecandy:

I’m just gonna move on. Ima give off jaded jilted ex vibes soon so just let the market decide.
I got bigger issues to deal with.

The letter went on to say they were sorry, learned a lot and hopefully we can turn the page.
I hope, for all customers down he line, the lessons learned are complete and impressive , that this won’t be remembered because it will have been buried with stories on stories about their great customer service.

I honestly hope that happens. No cap :billed_cap:

My better half had succesful Thyroid Cancer surgery. I was barely keeping it together for the past month.

This is all business.
It’s not personal.
The person who forgets that has failed and is doomed.
Business is business. I’m just an asset.
I love music since I was a child, brought it with me to a hobby (Youtube) that was devoid of the whole reason we buy this gear.
I’m staying for a long time.
When I leave the Music comes with me, everything else gets left behind.
As it should be.

Now a story
I told this on Discord years ago among many crazy stuff this was just a weird one"

My mom had an old old looking book of poems.
b149e86a-73b7-4942-bebd-8d6c81ab1d6d_text

I learned to read using it and the lyrics inside the Dark Side of the Moon album.

The poetry book had only 1 poem with the attribute “Anonymous”
It said:

I walked a mile with Pleasure
She chatted all the way.
But left me none the wiser,
for all she had to say

I walked a mile with Sorrow
and near a word said she,
but oh the things I learned from her
When Sorrow Walked with me.

I asked my Mom what it meant?
She said,
“Some day, when you are older you will understand”

At about the same time, I picked up on the words to this song.
It sounded like the poem and my Mom.

Like my Mom said I would…i got it later.

This is all a hustle sprinkled with nice folks here and there and music.
I had to touch grass recently and remember all this.
The health is back, the Family is strong.
God smiles on me.
I gotta tattoo that on my hand or something
I forget way too much

Im disappointed it wasn’t a case of the caps that no one got from the deuce preorder fiasco.

That sure puts everything in perspective. Glad to hear the surgery went well.

Love it. Instead of a tattoo, you could try doing a daily affirmation; one of my favorite interviewers, Chris Van Vliet (typically does a lot of wrestlers but also some movie premiers and other celebrities), always closes his interview with the same question: “Gratitude is a huge part of mine and my family’s life. Every morning when I wake up, I name three things that I am grateful for; what are three things that you are grateful for right now?”
Helps to always keep perspective no matter how calm or stormy the weather.

Wow! That was a lot. So happy your wife’s surgery went well. Truly my biggest fear is something happening to my wife!

Have a great rest of the week!
