That sucks big time. Wouldn’t be surprised to learn that it is a software glitch (there’s been a ton of bugs with iOS lately including the fitness/workout app).

Yeah, Jack’s brand is now the Volk Audio with his IEM the Étoile. Takes a bit of the look from the A&K x EE Novus.
He’s been touring all over Asia recently for it and had some events. It looks fire and I’ve heard good things about the Étoile.
My understanding is that EE does have a few releases planned but it’s hush hush right now and could be delayed with Jack stepping away from working with family.

If you have a moment, I’d left you a message. Was wondering about your post regarding the Sony IER-Z1R cable (🔶 Sony IER-Z1R - #50 by hawaiibadboy): was this the original cable you had posted that came with your IEMs?
I have a similar cable without the country of origin printed on the splitter that I bought off ebay and wanted to confirm if it is genuine.
Better off checking the box/serial number, mine was bought off of Amazon UK and had China on the cable, the set is still my go to and 100% legit…

Thanks for the response. My IEM was genuine but had an issue with the 4.4mm balanced cable because of which I bought one off ebay. My understanding is that the cables don’t have a serial #, and mine didn’t have a country on the cable just like hawaiibadboy’s cable.
I wanted to know whether hawaiibadboy bought his cable separately from somewhere or it’s the genuine one with the IEM. Specifically, the one he posted about here -
